Future Focus Inc was founded in 2002 with the purpose of helping small & midsize companies and non-profit organizations develop their strategy, talent, and leadership.
Over the years, we have worked with over 100 organizations and have continuously seen clear fundamentals in leadership and management that are necessary regardless of industry, size of organization, or uniqueness of culture.
In 2019, Future Focus launched our first leadership training program – the Leadership Effectiveness Program (LEP). The fundamentals of leadership and management that are crafted into this training program have become the foundations of every successive program we have launched.
We continue to develop new programs, using LEP as a foundation, to be customized to suit industry and business associations, and to be adopted by midsize and larger organizations as their internal leadership training program offerings.

Michael is the Chief Inspiration Officer and Founder of Future Focus Inc, with much of the Leadership Effectiveness Program derived from Mike’s extensive leadership experiences. He is particularly passionate about having a positive impact on the leadership habits of our participants. His primary goal is to demonstrate a measurable impact on our clients’ business performance and culture.
Mike may have been the one that started this journey and created the vision, but it is the amazing team of Future Focus Leaders that collaborate everyday who have worked together to evolve our impact and growth!

John is a leadership trainer/coach and business consultant. Kathy is an integral part of the behind-the-scenes magic at Future Focus. Between Sales, Marketing and Communications, she has her hand in a bit of everything to ensure our clients, participants and session set-up are all taken care of.

Mary is a Senior Leadership Facilitator and Talent Development Coach with Future Focus Inc. She has spent the last 20+ years listening, leading, advising and coaching individuals and teams on their leadership journey.
In her Senior Facilitator Role at Future Focus, Mary plays a key role in the Leadership Effectiveness Program by leading sessions and coaching participants. Along with the rest of the team Mary takes great pride in the vast impact this program is having on companies in strengthening leadership habits and improving performance and culture.

Mark is a leadership consultant and certified executive coach. Denise is a process manager at FFI and enjoys working behind the scenes to give participants a seamless and enjoyable learning experience. She is especially passionate about streamlining processes to help the team continually focus on impacting participants. As a past participant of the program, Denise also has a first-hand appreciation for the learner’s experience.

Josh is affectionately known at Future Focus as the Software Ninjaneer (Software Engineer). His primary role is to design and maintain all the back-office automations that make Future Focus run as smooth as glass.
